Decent monitor, but not for us. This monitor isn’t terrible, but I’m also not sure it’s worth the $100 price tag. The large screen on the parent unit is great, but there is no way to turn off the “keypad” beep every time you push a button (even when the monitor sound is muted). The picture quality is fair, but I think when they made the screen larger the picture became more pixelated. The pixelation is very evident in night vision mode especially. A couple of great features but overall wouldn’t recommend I’m comparing this unit to our Summer Infant unit we’ve used for years. First, the Motorola came out of the box and simply worked. No pairing, no extra work needed. The only negative is the instructions suggest charging the battery for 16 hours before you start using it. I was shocked at how big the hand held parent unit is.
